For example the driving scenario above points to so many times we can be nervous in our cars or when traveling for any reason whatsoever and we listen a calm and sooting orchestral piece, it can usually calm us down even instantaneously at a given point thus protecting us from any additional grief emotional or otherwise. Though I have discussed about how instrumental music for the mind can help reduce stress and it usually does, but there is another reason for it and those are the nice and if you will great times when instrumental music for the mind is used to expand our consciousness and our current condition. Not only as a means for stress and anxiety management but as a way to deepen our vision and at some times to heal us as well.
There is no clear reason why some will use these experiments or methods and benefit and some barely ever do, usually listening to words in songs and going along with the main bulk of what music is out there for today.
